riser-after-blasting - Industrial riser component after abrasive grit blasting — rust, old coating, and contamination removed
riser-after-painting - Industrial riser component after industrial painting and completion

Industrial primer and topcoat applied after blasting. Inspected for coverage and dry film thickness before handover.

Surface inspection & preparation

Component received with heavy corrosion and deteriorated coating. Surface inspected and staged for abrasive blasting.

During:
Abrasive grit blasting

Abrasive grit blasting to Sa 2.5 standard - all rust, old coating, and contamination removed.

After:
Industrial painting & completion
